Since 1979, United Cerebral Palsy of East Central Illinois has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Macon, Piatt, Dewitt, Moultrie, Douglas, Coles, Cumberland, Champaign and Shelby counties. Our goal at UCP is to improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities, to promote their independence and inclusion in the community and to encourage learning and appropriate development of children with special needs.
