                        The HSAC Volunteer Division, with the support of HSAC, was proud to offer the first HSAC Volunteer Conference. Over 75 people throughout Central Illinois attended the conference held at Richland Community College's Shilling Center. Topic experts shared presentations in three breakout sessions and R. Dale Evans served as the conference keynote and taught all in attendance how to "Toot Your Own Horn."
