Josh Sundquist

Elwin United Methodist Church was proud to have Josh Sundquist speak to a large group Sunday evening, April 22, 2007.

Josh, a U.S. Paralympic skier who lost his leg at the age of 9 to cancer. Since the he has been an inspiration to all who has heard him.  He combined real life experiences with a boyish humor that left both young and old  with a warm, wonderful feeling that God was smiling also. Thanks goes to the Alan & Gay Cark family for making it possible for Josh to give his presentation at Elwin UMC. The picture is Josh with Brenna Clark, Alan & Gay's daughter.

Josh graduated from William and Mary College in Virginia in December and is now in the Masters program at John Hopkins University in Washington, D.C.

He also spoke at the Meridian High School and Intermediate School on Monday, April 23
